Positive Futures works in partnership with employers to make inclusive employment practical, clear, and sustainable. Before we job match an individual, we spend time understanding the workplace and the role. This includes meeting with the employer, identifying key tasks, and agreeing how support will work in practice. This upfront preparation reduces uncertainty and sets clear expectations for everyone involved. During the work trial or early stages of employment, we provide on-the-job support and act as a consistent point of contact. We check in regularly, respond quickly to any issues, and adapt support as the role develops. As the individual becomes more confident and independent, our involvement reduces. Support is always purposeful and time-limited, with the aim of leaving the employer with a capable, reliable employee who is fully part of the team.
